Professional Fees
I believe in providing personalized and compassionate care tailored to each client's unique needs. My fees for individual psychotherapy reflect the time, dedication, and expertise I bring to our work together.

I understand that finding the right therapist is a significant decision, which is why I offer a complimentary phone or virtual consultation. This initial meeting allows us to connect and ensure that we’re a good fit for each other. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.

As I maintain a small practice, I prioritize personalized care and open communication with each client. This allows me to devote the necessary time and attention to your healing journey, ensuring that you receive the support you deserve.

I welcome an in person discussion regarding my fees or the consultation process, please feel free to reach out. I’m here to help you every step of the way and want to work with you to find a financial plan that is respectful of everyone's needs.

I offer a special sliding scale program and a provide a special payment options for those clients utilizing their out of network Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield benefits (NJ Direct or Educator's Plan).

Reach out to discuss how we can work together to make treatment both successful & affordable.

My current fee for a 45-50 minute session is $200
A 60-70 minute session is $267
A 90 minute session (often helpful for EMDR processing): $400
Insurance & Payment
I am an out-of-network provider and will provide you a Superbill to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network insurance benefits.
If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, it is suggested that you contact the company before your first visit to find out what they will reimburse.
Questions to ask your insurance carrier...
1. Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?
2. Do I have a deductible if I go to an out of network provider and if so, how much has been met this calendar year?
3. Do you cover code 90834 (45-50 minute psychotherapy session) or 90837 (psychotherapy 53 minutes or longer)?
4. Do you cover a certain amount of visits per calendar year?
5. What is the procedure to obtain reimbursement?
If you need assistance in verifying your benefits, I am happy to help.

Payment
I accept credit, debit, check, cash and HSA/FSA cards
